  A Topeka man was killed at a work site Wednesday morning when the scaffolding he was on tipped over. Authorities have identified the man as Anthony Anguiano, 46, of Topeka.   Faulty tires may be driving on Kansas roads, as Attorney General Paul Morrison issued a warning to consumers this week.
